A native of Odessa, where she was born in 1912, Lidia Georgievna came to the theater stage from the student bench, but not a theater university, as one might think, but a technical one. She came to the theater in 1931, and almost immediately realized that she had found her true place in life.
Since 1935, she worked in the Odessa Philharmonic, performed on the best stages of the country, during the war she went to the front line with concerts, in 1947, having arrived on tour in Leningrad, she received an invitation to become an artist of the Lengosestrada, and remained to live and work in the city on the Neva.
Lidia Georgievna was a bright comedy actress, who easily managed to sing, dance, make the audience laugh and change images during the performance. She became the author of several concert programs, where her talent to make, as today would be said, sketches – short scenes, miniatures, with satirical verses, feuilletons, songs and a variety of characters, in which, both in women and men, Atmanaki easily reincarnated.
She not only played on stage, but also starred in films, in particular, appeared in the film.
