Yana began singing and acting as a child, but her specialty at Liberty University in Virginia was far from acting – the girl received a diploma in public relations. After graduation, Yana moved to New York in 2005, where she began attending the acting studio of William Esper. After completing a two-year training course, she moved to North Carolina, where she got her first film role in a dynamic action movie with elements of a horror film.
