He was brought there by his uncle – the famous comedian Roscoe Arbuckle, who was known under the pseudonym Fatty.
For the next five years, Keaton starred in small comedy films with his uncle. Buster has his own unique style in films. His phenomenal success in comedies is due to the sharp discrepancy between facial expressions – the unflappable frozen mask of a person – and the comic situations in which he falls in the on-screen image. Keaton played his most famous and successful roles between 1923 and 1926.

Keaton has a creative crisis. He continues to act in films. But these are far from those brilliant comedies. Buster plays roles in third-rate action films, takes part in extras and episodes. He soon left the cinema due to a serious illness. In 1950, the audience again saw the famous comedian in the film Sunset Boulevard, and in 1952 another picture with his participation “Ramp Lights” was released by Charlie Chaplin.
Keaton continues to act actively. Filming took place in France, USA, Germany, Italy. The most famous paintings of this period are The Sergeant Dead Head, The Railwayman, Around the World in 80 Days.
