Damon Lindelof (full name Damon Lindelof Lawrence) was born on April 24, 1973 in the town of Tineck, New Jersey, USA. He received his secondary education in his hometown. Little Damon always had many friends of all nationalities - African Americans, Filipinos and Asians, with whom he was very close and spent all his free time in their company. Perhaps because of this, Lindelof always remembers his childhood with a smile. After graduating from secondary school, he moved to the Big Apple. There, the future screenwriter attended the film school operating at the University of New York, where he took a direct part in Petting Zoo. After a while, after graduating from this school, Damon Lindelof moved to Los Angeles.
His first writing success came after his work Perfectionists came third in the prestigious Nicholl Fellowship Awards competition in 1999. Damon also wrote Ultimate Wolverine vs. Hulk, which was acquired by Marvel Comics. Lindelof was scheduled to write six issues of these stories. However, in February of the same year, the writer stopped working on them due to the fact that he received an offer to work on the creation of the action series Lost. Having finished writing the script for this multi-part film, Damon Lindelof renewed his contract with Marvel Comics, and in 2008 the plot for the final installments of Ultimate Wolverine vs. Hulk was ready.
Later, the writer decided to start producing. In this capacity, he participated in the creation of the movie “Star Trek”, which was presented to the audience in 2009, and his work on the television series “Lost” was completed in 2010.
