Galina Volkova is an actress of theater and cinema. She was born in 1953, studied acting in Leningrad at the Institute of Theater, Music and Cinematography (now SPbGATI) at the course of a talented theater teacher Tatiana Grigorievna Soynikova. In the theater she played under the guidance of the outstanding director Vladimir Recepter. The actress had many years of creative cooperation with the screenwriter and director Lydia Bobrova, where she starred in all her films, starting with the diploma and further – in films.
