Keith Richards was born on December 18, 1943 in Dartford, Kent. The boy was the only child in the family. Until 1954, the future musician attended elementary school with Mick Jagger. In 1954, Keith's parents moved to another Duckforth neighborhood, and Richards had to change schools. In 1959, Richards was expelled from school for numerous absenteeisms. However, the headmaster, who knew about the boy's talent, advised Keith to enter the art college of Sidcup.
