Thanks to this, the young actress managed to visit many countries: Nigeria, Tanzania, Scandinavia, Norway, Cameroon and even the island of Madagascar. Helen was educated at a boarding school in Hartfield. After her graduation, she applied for admission to the London Drama Centre, but her candidacy was rejected. So she decided to try her luck in other countries and traveled around the world for a year, staying for a short time in Italy. Returning home, she again tried to get into the Drama Center, and this time was accepted.
In 1990, Helen graduated, her acting career began with playing in theater productions in London, and later in other cities of England. Her first role was praised by critics. One of her best works in the theater is considered a play based on the play by A. Chekhov “Uncle Vanya”.
Helen made her film debut in 1993, when she accepted an offer to star in several episodes of the comedy series Full Stretch. In 1994, the actress played a small role in one of the parts of the film.
