Mikhail Evdokimov’s brilliant career began in 1978-1979, when he took the post of artistic director of the rural house of culture in Ust-Katun, Smolensk district. It was then that he began to engage in art. A year later, he entered the Novosibirsk Institute of Trade and headed the KVN team there. However, he managed to graduate from the institute only in the 2000s - because of the move to Moscow, he was expelled.
In 1981, Mikhail Evdokimov tried to enter the Moscow pop and circus school, but he failed. However, this did not prevent the development of his career. In 1983, the artist was invited to the Moscow Regional Philharmonic. He was invited to act as an artist of the spoken genre. Since then, Evdokimov has often appeared on television, making his debut in the festive program “Ogonyok”. Great popularity and fame the artist achieved, taking part in the program "The full house".
Wanting to succeed in the field of cinema, Mikhail Evdokimov graduated from the faculty of stage directors at GITIS. This happened in 1992, when he began to actively appear in Russian films as an actor. He participated in the filming of such famous films as “I don’t want to get married” (1993), “Don’t fool around” (1997).

According to fans of Mikhail Evdokimov, he was an excellent performer of songs and even released several CDs of his own. His talents in this area he showed later on the project “Singing stars of theater and cinema”, where he successfully performed in front of the audience.
Many residents of the Altai Territory and the country as a whole Mikhail Evdokimov is known as the governor. He began his political career in 1995, when he ran for the State Duma. On April 4, 2004, he won the election of governor of the Altai Krai, leaving Alexander Surikov behind. But his life as head of the region did not last long. On August 7, 2005, Mikhail Evdokimov tragically died in a car accident, remaining in the memory of his fans as a talented actor with a kind smile and a fair politician from the people. /
