He was born on June 22, 1963 in the Vologda region. The foreplay of his acting career was extremely successful: in 1982 he left the walls of the Irkutsk Theatre School, served in the army, and then entered the third year of GITIS, in the studio of Oleg Tabakov. The second home for the actor was the Moscow theater-studio of Oleg Tabakov, where he was accepted immediately after graduation. On this stage, he played about twenty roles in the performances “Butterfish barrel”, “Mechanical piano”, “Sailor’s Silence”, “Star Hour local time”, “Farewell ... and applaud!” and many others.
On the same stage, Mokhov tried his hand as a director, putting the performances “The Process at Closed Doors” by Jean-Paul Sartre, “Bullets over Broadway” by Woody Allen and “The Bride Doll” by Alexander Korovkin. Viewers have repeatedly seen his acting work and on the stage of the Moscow art theater named after A. P. Chekhov and the Alexandrinsky theater.
