Paddy Considine was born on September 5, 1973. He grew up together as a brother and sister in a municipal neighborhood in Winshill, a suburb of Burton. As a child, Paddy attended first elementary school, then Joseph Clark Junior School and finally Abbe Bein High School. In 1990, Paddy entered Burton College, where he was going to study the stage arts; it was there that he first met Shane Meadows. For some time, Paddy performed in a local rock band. As a child, Paddy attended first elementary school, then Joseph Clark Junior School and finally Abbe Bein High School. In 1990, Paddy entered Burton College, where he was going to study the stage arts; it was there that he first met Shane Meadows. For some time, Paddy performed in a local rock band. In 1994, Considine left Burton to study cinematography at the University of Brighton. Upon graduation, he received the first rank of operator at the Faculty of Humanities and Architecture.
In 1999, Meadows invited Paddy to star in the short film Room for Romeo Brass, in which Considine plays the role of the restless Morell. In 2002, director Pavel Pavlikovsky invited Paddy to his film The Last Resort. In 2003, Considine played in Jim Sheridan’s film In America, for which he received a number of British film awards. 2004 marked the collaboration with Shane Meadows on the script of the film “Dead Man’s Shoes”, where Considine played the main role. In parallel with these major projects, Paddy managed to perform many supporting roles in the films “Born a Romantic”, “Martins”, “Round-the-clock parties”, “Knockdown”.
In 2006, Considine appeared in the Spanish thriller Forest of Shadows and the film Plutonium-239, a drama about the black market of plutonium in Russia. Next, Paddy played in the sensational spy thriller of 2007
Bourne Ultimatum The following year the film “My Zinc Bed” was released on television, where the actor also had the main role. In 2009, he appeared on Channel 4 in the mini-series Red Ride, based on the novels of David Pies.
As a director, Paddy acted in 2007, directing the short film Dog Altogether, for which he received many prestigious awards.
Considine is the co-founder of She Talks to Angel. This group was organized from the groups Grant, Considine and Meadows.
The actor lives in Burton with his wife and three children.
