However, to compete with Joe Dassen none of them so and not smog. He won a strong position in the Soviet air. His plates were released in millions of copies, but they were not enough for everyone. Songs were recorded on tape recorders with TV, and cherished cassettes were carried from abroad. In those years, the Soviet-French cooperation expanded: the area next to the VDNKh metro decided to call in honor de Golla, the French company received an order for the construction of a new Cosmos hotel. At the opening of the hotel, the French decided to invite two of the most popular in the Soviet Union of Artists Alla Pugacheva and Joe Dassen. The singer spent three days in Moscow. His performance, of course, was not able to get one ordinary fan. The state concert offered the singer a large tour of the Soviet Union, and Dassen willingly agreed. Preparation of his tour was in full swing. However, it was not intended to take place... In the film, telling about the life and work of Joe Dassen, his songs and interviews with colleagues Claude Lemel and Toto Cutugno will be heard.
