American producer, screenwriter, musician and film actor Gregory Philip Granberg was born on July 11, 1966 in Los Angeles, USA. Greg's childhood and adolescence were no different from his peers' growing up. The boy grew up a mobile, inquisitive child, spending a lot of time playing with friends, and in addition, he loved to read, and sometimes it was not so easy to pull out of the world of books.
Before seriously engaging in the acting profession, Greg tried himself repeatedly in various types of art, very often directly opposite in internal content. Thus, he long and hard sought his place in life.
At one time, Greg, along with friends, organized a delivery service for frozen yogurt, and then briefly engaged in commerce, and also worked as an assistant to producer D. Silver.
In 1991, Greg Granberg successfully auditioned for a small role in the series Silk Networks. In 1998, Gregory received an invitation from Jeffrey Abrams to star in the series Happiness, and then was approved for a permanent role in this series, four years in a row embodying Sean Blamberg on the screen.
In 2001, the actor played the role of CIA agent Eric Weiss in the big TV series “Spy” directed by Jeffrey Abrams. Both films were a stunning success and brought the actor unprecedented popularity.
In 2003, Granberg was offered to star in the comedy The Jake Effect, which, however, was soon removed from the rental channel NBC. From 2002 to 2004, the actor managed to appear in such hits as
"Doctor House" "Defective Detective", "Dead Zone", "How about Brian" and others.
Since 2006, Greg is involved in the filming of the series “Heroes”, where he plays the role of a police officer Matt Parkman, who has telepathic abilities.
