Michael Chiklis is an American actor, producer and director. Michael Charles Chiklis was born in August 1963 in Lowell, Massachusetts, in an Irish-Greek family. Almost immediately after the birth of the boy, his family moved to the town of Endover, where he spent his childhood.

Michael Charles Chiklis was born in August 1963 in Lowell, Massachusetts, in an Irish-Greek family. Almost immediately after the birth of the boy, his family moved to the town of Endover, where he spent his childhood.
From a young age, Michael dreamed of becoming an actor and at the age of five entertained parents and friends with parodies of famous artists, and at the age of thirteen he began to perform on the stages of local theaters and became a member of the Actors’ Equity Association. After school, the future actor entered the College of Fine Arts at the University of Boston.
After graduating from college, Chiklis moved to Brooklyn and soon got his first role in the popular American television series Miami Police: Vice Division, and after him played Jimmy Hoffs in the series Los Angeles Law. After that, the career of the guy went uphill, and for several years he starred in such projects as “Smart Man”, “Seinfeld”, “Murphy Brown” and “Nixon”.
The first popularity of the young actor brought the role of Tony Scaly in the Canadian television series “Police Commissioner” in 1991. Along with Michael in the television series starred such actors as Teresa Saldana, Jeffrey Noffts, Melinda McGraw and Jason Shombing. After that, the actor appeared on television in the films “Sodat” and “Taxi Driver”.
The brightest in the actor’s career until now is the role of a corrupt police officer in a detective television series.
