Jean Marc Barr has been known since the 80s. He became a star after playing the leading role in the film by Luc Besson “Blue Abyss” (nomination “best actor of the year” for the Cesar Award, 1989). In the year, Barr partnered with Vanessa Redgrave in Tennessee Williams’ London theatre production Orpheus Descends to Hell.
