Carla Gugino was born in Sarasota, Florida on August 29, 1971. Carla’s father has Italian roots, and her mother is Anglo-Irish. Carla was only two years old when her parents decided to divorce. She said she lived two completely different childhoods: one with her mother in a hut and the other with her father in a beautiful mansion with courts and a swimming pool. In the summer, Carla went with her father on vacation to England and bathed in luxury, and returning to her mother, again moved from city to city throughout California.
From the age of 15, Carla Gugini became interested in modeling, but due to her small growth, she soon had to quit this venture. Her aunt, who was a model in the past, advised Gugini to take acting lessons. The mother released her daughter for six months and was sure that she would return. But fate turned everything completely different.
Even before finishing courses in Los Angeles, Carla managed to star in the supporting role in the film “The Beverly Hills Squad”. The success of this film helped Carla's career rise markedly. She began to act a lot and often, and for the next four years she took an active part in various films and TV series.
A few years later, Carla Gugini began to appear in films in which she played the main roles. Her partners were famous Hollywood actors.
In the film The Life of this Guy, Carl Gugini starred with Robert Deniro and Leonardo Dicaprio. After filming in all parts of the film “Spy Children”, she became a truly famous actress, known all over the world. /
