The war ended, Strzhelchik graduated from the school-studio at the Leningrad Bolshoi Drama Theater and became an actor of the Leningrad BDT named after Maxim Gorky. His debut role was the image of Claudio in the play “Much Ado About Nothing”. After that, he was assigned the role of the hero-lover and the actor became popular. Especially noted his Grekov in the play “Enemies” and work in “Girl with a jug”, in “Servant of two masters”, in “Unveiled miracle worker”.
Vladislav Strzhelchik never allowed himself to be late for rehearsal, not to learn the text, he treated the work meticulously and seriously, was always in shape, "always in his voice - a professional can not afford to sit down his voice, drink on the eve of the performance." And so, with the help of perseverance and labor, he moved to such dramatic roles as Paradise in The Cliff, Gypsies in The Barbarians, Kulygin in The Three Sisters, the inimitable Solomon Gregory in Miller’s play Price.

But the trouble came unexpectedly, Vladislav Ignatievich became ill. The diagnosis was terrible - brain cancer. Strzhelchik underwent a complicated operation, but it did not bring him back to life. Seven months passed from the onset of the disease to death. He died on September 11, 1995. The artist never had children. /
