Vsevolod Anatolyevich Kuznetsov was born on June 9, 1928 in Leningrad, in an artistic family - his mother starred in films, and his father played on the stage of the Leningrad Soviet Theater. Returning after the evacuation to Leningrad, together with a friend, instead of a naval school, he entered the Leningrad Theatre Institute. After his graduation in 1949, the actor worked in the Bryansk Drama Theater, then, returning to his native city, in the Baltic Fleet Theater, the Lensovet Theater. In October 1956, one of the first to receive an invitation from George Tovstonogov, Vsevolod Kuznetsov joined the troupe of the Leningrad Bolshoi Drama Theater named after M. Gorky (now - BDT named after G.A. Tovstonogov). Vsevolod Kuznetsov participated in many stage productions of the outstanding director: “Signor Mario Writes Comedy”, “Barbarians”, “Five Evenings”, “Fox and Grapes”, “Ocean”, “Divine Comedy”, “Roman Comedy”, “Idiot”, “Woe from Wit”, “King Henry IV”, “Investor”, “Hanuma”, “Energy People”, “History of a Horse”, “Pickwick Club”. His latest works include "Mother Courage and Her Children" and "Kadril". In the movie Vsevolod Kuznetsov made his debut in 1954, playing one of the leading roles in the film Semyon Tymoshenko “Spare Player”, together with P. Kadochnikov and G. Vitsin. His other works in cinema include Believe Me, People! (1964), Dauria, The Gambler (1972), Ogareva, 6 (1980), A Date with Youth (1982), and Love, Forerunner of Sorrow (1994). The last years of the life of an interesting actor were marred by a disease that did not leave him the opportunity to do what he loved. Vsevolod Kuznetsov died in early July 2003. . .
