Bridget Fonda was born on January 27, 1964 in Los Angeles. Talented Bridget did not accidentally become an actress – she was born in a truly star family. Her grandfather is the famous actor Henry Fonda, her father is a talented actor Peter Fonda, and her aunt is the incomparable beauty and actress Jane Fonda. Her mother, Susan Jane Brewer, was an artist. Bridget's parents divorced, and after Henry Fonda's second marriage, she had little to no relationship with her father, as did her younger brother.

Bridget's parents divorced, and after Henry Fonda's second marriage, she had little to no relationship with her father, as did her younger brother. However, she first appeared on the screen with her father. Painting “Easy Rider” became her debut. The second notable role was the picture “Partners”, but critics noticed her as an actress, after the film “Scandal”, the main role in which was played by beauties John Hurt. For this role, Bridget Fonda received the Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress.
In 1990, the actress played a journalist in the third part of the trilogy “The Godfather”, and after several small roles in theater and cinema, such as “Rise from the Rain”, “Doctor Hollywood”, “Leather Jackets”, she played the main role in the film “Lonely White Woman”. This role became a truly stellar in the career of Fonda.
The late 90s and early 2000s were really stellar for Fondas: “Little Buddha”, “Happy Chance”, “Camilla”, “Maria”, “In the Twilight” – for this role she received an Emmy Award for Best Supporting Actress in a miniseries or film. Next were the films “Jackie Brown”, “Simple Plan”, “Lake Placid: Lake of Fear”.
