Valentin Konstantinovich Chernykh was born on March 12, 1935. After graduating from FZU, he worked as an assembler at a shipyard, then was a literate in various newspapers. But the most famous film, staged according to the script of Valentin Chernykh, is "Moscow does not believe in tears", released in 1980 and received the award of the American Academy as the best foreign film. Together with director Evgeny Matveev, he also participated in the creation of the film “Love in Russian” (1995).
