She was born on May 15, 1902 in the town of Uman (Cherkasy region, Ukraine). She is called one of the first actresses and founders of the Red Torch Theatre. She enjoyed great popularity, she had a lot of fans, as part of the theater troupe she traveled the whole country. She was equally well given the roles of young girls (Diana in The Dog in the Manger) and characteristic heroines - Mrs. Fielding in Cricket on the Oven. The undoubted success of those years was her role as Herodias in Solome.
After leaving the “Red Torch”, she tried to work in the Kiev Theater of Russian Drama, the Gogol Theater (Moscow), until, finally, she chose the Moscow Council Theater.
Her film debut occurred in 1936, when the film “Tom Sawyer” was filmed at the Kiev film studio “Ukrainfilm”, where she played the role of Douglas’ widow. During her life, Milton played a few film roles, but each of them became a real find.
