Born March 6, 1946 in the city of Kovel, Volyn region, in the family of a miner. He was prepared the standard future of the guy Kuzbass: school, mining technical school, then work in the mine. But Vladimir from childhood was drawn to something creative. To the detriment of school, he went to the drama club, drawing, reading, singing and dancing. After serving military service, Talashko went to Kiev to enter the theater Institute.
