Radner Zinjatovich Muratov was born on October 21, 1928 in Leningrad. In 1946 he graduated from the Kazan Special Air Force School, and in 1951 - VGIK, where he studied in the workshop of Mikhail Romm and Sergei Yutkevich. He died on December 10, 2004 in Moscow.
