Senior cashier of the state bank Koretsky (Alexander Plotnikov) decides to stay in the city, he has been for many years, it is difficult for him to go somewhere in the unknown. A young typist, whom everyone calls “Repey”, Musya Volkova (Natalia Varley) was late for the last departing transport, and also forced to stay.
